Authenticity guarantee
Everything Toramori sells is genuine. Resealed, reprinted or counterfeit product never enters our stock.
Sealed product
- Booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, packs, tins and cases leave in their original factory packaging, with the shrink wrap intact. Nothing is ever resealed.
- Cases ship in the original distributor carton, inside an outer box when size allows.
- Packs and boxes contain random cards. We make no promise about the cards inside any pack or box.
Single cards
- Listing photos show either the actual card or a representative copy, as the listing states.
- Singles ship sleeved, toploaded and moisture-sealed, in a rigid mailer or box.
- Want to know more about a particular card before you buy? Ask us first.
Graded cards
- Graded cards come in the grading company's original slab, with its certification number on the label.
- You can look up any certification number on the grading company's own website to confirm the card, the grade and the label.
- Each slab is wrapped and boxed against knocks, and returned slabs are checked against the certification number we sent.
If you have any doubt
- Email support@toramori.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
- Keep the item exactly as it arrived: sealed product unopened, singles and slabs in the same holder.
- If it isn't what we sold you, it counts as a wrong item: return shipping is on us and we put it right with a replacement or a refund.
