Pokémon card size: the exact dimensions
A Pokémon card is 63 x 88 millimeters, about 2.5 x 3.5 inches (2.48 x 3.46 in exactly). Every Pokémon card is this size, whatever the language: Japanese, English, Chinese or Korean. Cards are about 0.3 mm thick with rounded corners, and Magic: The Gathering, Lorcana and most sports cards share the same standard size.

Are Japanese Pokémon cards smaller?
No. The confusion comes from sleeves: "Japanese size" sleeves are made for Yu-Gi-Oh! cards, which are 59 x 86 mm, and a Pokémon card won't fit in one. Japanese Pokémon cards are exactly 63 x 88 mm, so standard sleeves, toploaders and binders fit them. Our Japanese vs English guide explains the other differences.

A PSA slab measures about 3.3 x 5.4 inches. Protect it with slab sleeves or bumpers made for that grading company's case.
