Paying safely

Before you send a payment, check it really is Toramori asking. These rules never change.

What we will never do

• Ask for your card number, passwords, one-time codes, wallet seed phrase or private keys.
• Ask you to install software or give anyone remote access to your device.
• Send you a different Bitcoin address by email, chat or text.
• Ask you to pay anywhere other than the details on your order page or invoice.

Where real payment details come from

• Bitcoin: the exact amount and a QR code appear on your order page on toramori.com straight after you order. Our Bitcoin address is bc1qhvgghjapwsugh4nnckh0skqar7jcg5xmu36jpl. Make sure your order page shows exactly this address.
• Every other method: your invoice and payment details reach your email and phone within 12 hours. Emails come from support@toramori.com. Put your order number on the payment.
• Our order numbers start with TM-. The link to your order page is private, so keep it to yourself.

If something looks wrong

Don't pay. Open the live chat on toramori.com or write to support@toramori.com, and we will tell you whether the request is genuine.

How we handle your details

We never store card numbers. Bitcoin payments go straight to our wallet, and other methods are handled by the provider you choose. See ways to pay and our privacy policy.
