How pre-orders work

Pre-orders let you reserve new Japanese releases before they reach the shelves. Products open for pre-order are marked Preorder in the shop.

How it works

• Pre-orders are invoiced once stock is allocated.
• They ship on or shortly after the Japanese release date, tracked from Japan.
• Upcoming releases are marked Preorder in the Sets menu.

Release dates can change

Publishers sometimes move release dates. When that happens, your pre-order ships on or shortly after the new date, and we let you know by email.

If we can't fill it

If a pre-order can't be filled, you are refunded in full.

Cancelling

You can cancel at no cost any time before the order ships: email your order number to support@toramori.com. More on returns and refunds.
