Terms of sale
These terms apply to every order placed on toramori.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Prices
Prices are set in US dollars. Prices shown in other currencies are conversions for convenience, and you are charged in US dollars unless your invoice states otherwise. Quantity-break prices apply to the quantity of one item within a single order.
Orders and stock holds
When you place an order, the stock is held for you for 48 hours while you pay. Orders still unpaid after that may be cancelled and the stock released. If an item proves to be unavailable, or was listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund any payment in full.
Minimum order
Each order must come to at least $100 including shipping. Every listing shows its minimum quantity and case multiple.
Payment
We accept Bitcoin, ETH or USDT, Cash App or Apple Pay (US), UK bank transfer, or another method agreed with us, as described on ways to pay. Orders ship after payment has cleared.
Shipping, duties and risk
Orders ship from Japan with tracking, and delivery times are estimates only. The buyer pays any import duties, taxes and carrier fees in the destination country. Damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, as set out on shipping and returns.

Products
Sealed products are sold in their original factory packaging. Packs and boxes contain random cards, and we make no promise about which cards are inside. Photos of singles and graded cards show either the actual item or a representative copy, as each listing states.
Trademarks
Toramori is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK or any other publisher. All trademarks belong to their owners.
Liability
Our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow this limit.
