Walmart Pokémon cards: restocks and prices

Walmart sells Pokémon booster packs, blisters, Elite Trainer Boxes, tins and collection boxes in its stores and on Walmart.com. Like Target, each store is restocked by a card vendor on its own schedule, so restocks don't happen everywhere at once. Online, always check who the seller is: many Pokémon listings on Walmart.com come from third-party sellers charging above retail.

How restocks work

  • In stores: the vendor usually restocks the card aisle once or twice a week on fixed days. Staff in electronics or toys can often tell you which days.
  • Walmart.com: items "sold and shipped by Walmart" are listed at retail price, while marketplace sellers list year-round at higher prices.

Three ways to avoid overpaying

  1. Filter Walmart.com to show only items sold by Walmart.
  2. Compare the price per pack with a sealed booster box.
  3. Read the reviews and check the photos for signs of resealing.

What Walmart stocks

Only English sealed retail products: packs, blisters, ETBs, tins, bundles and collection boxes. For Japanese cards, singles and booster boxes, see our Japanese Pokémon cards and single cards.
