This policy explains what personal information Toramori ("we", "us") collects through toramori.com, how we use it and the choices you have. Questions can go to support@toramori.com.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, company, email address, phone number, delivery address and the items you buy.
When you get in touch: what you write in emails, contact form messages and live chats.
Automatically: the standard information browsers send, such as IP address and browser type, and the cookies that keep your basket, currency and display choices working. See our cookie policy.

We never store card numbers. Bitcoin payments go directly to our wallet, and other payment methods are handled by the provider you choose.

How we use it

To process, pack, ship and support your order, including the customs paperwork for international parcels.
To reply to your messages.
To keep the website working and secure.

We do not sell personal information to anyone.

Only those needed to deliver your order and run the site: carriers (Japan Post EMS, DHL, FedEx) and customs authorities, the payment provider you choose, our web host, and our live chat provider (Tawk.to) if you use the chat.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Anything else can be deleted whenever you ask.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can block or clear cookies in your browser, but the basket needs them to work.
